Shipping Information
Oshi dispatches and ships IN STOCK pieces within 7-14 business days of purchase – no packages are mailed on Saturday or Sunday.
Products will be shipped from Spain. Depending on stock availability at the time of your purchase. A typical transit time to Europe could be around 1 week.
We use third party shipping companies such as Post office, UPS, DHL, Fed-Ex & Parcel Force etc, although Oshi reserves the right to use others depending on their availability and suitability for the order. Oshi is not responsible for any delays once the piece has left our premises.
Orders placed online are sent via a trackable service. You will be provided with this information once the items are shipped, please be aware we are unable to provide you with an exact delivery time slot.
If you require alternative forms of delivery (Premium Same Day) please contact your sales representative to discuss options and pricing before placing an order here.
When you order several items, some may be available sooner than others - we will contact you to arrange the most convenient way of delivery, opting for full or split delivery, however additional delivery fees may apply.
Fees & Pricing
Oshi offers customers an automated national and international self-checkout service for products listed on our online web store.
Delivery fees are calculated depending on weight and final delivery destination of the products ordered.
Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by the country of import on ordered and shipped items. All cross-border duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and these costs can vary depending on the country.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns of orders from our online store.
For enquiries regarding how to return an order, feel free to get in touch here within 5 days from receiving your order.
Return requests notified after 5 days from receiving your order will not be accepted.
Please also provide your order reference when returning goods - orders are returned at the cost of the customer.
Following receipt of your written notice confirming your intent to return, the goods must be returned unused, and in a fully resalable condition in their original packaging without undue delay and in all circumstances no later than 14 days after the day you have informed us of your decision to cancel.
